ABOUT ARKAAA

The Arkansas Association of Administrative Adjudicators ("ArkAAA") was formed in 2003 to provide training and networking opportunities for Arkansas hearing officers, administrative law judges, fair hearing referees and agency or commission board members, or attorneys. We hold annual, cost-effective training seminars on various administrative law topics such as hearsay evidence, credibility determination, and opinion writing to name a few. Additionally, we are an affiliate of the National Association of Administrative Judiciary, a prominent professional organization interested in the advancement of a fair and impartial administrative law system.

ArkAAA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which means we are not seeking a profit for our services. We have members employed by agencies handling workers' compensation, human services, and social security issues, and we are always looking for new associates in other agencies. We are centrally located in Little Rock and meet frequently throughout the year at the will of the president or board of governors.
